8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall we be liable to you or any other person or entity for any indirect, direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, personal injury (including death), lost profits, and property damage of any nature whatsoever.
